Warwick Smith, Chief Executive Officer
Warwick has extensive commercial experience across a diversity of industries, including services, manufacturing, childcare and more recently not-for profit accreditation services at QMS. Warwick is a qualified accountant and his role at QMS is to maintain appropriate levels of corporate governance and control in the day to day operations of the business. |

Lis Maier, Acting State Manager
Lis joined QMS in 1996 after leaving the hospitality industry, where she worked in various roles including management and quality assurance. Since then she has gained over a decade of experience in building the capacity of health and community services. During her time at QMS, Lis has been involved in internal organisational development leading to ISQua Accreditation, as well as supporting services through their own accreditation processes. Lis represents QMS on the Technical Working Group, which provides quality improvement advice and support regarding the delivery of the QIC program. Lis is currently working with the National Association of Community Legal Centres to implement a national accreditation scheme for their member services. |

Geetha Krishnakumar, Senior Project Officer (Acting)
Geetha has been with QMS since December 2009 and has project management experience in the community services and IT sectors. Geetha has a background in developing and coordinating adult education programs. At QMS she coordinates the NSW Health NGO Quality Improvement Program and supports clients undertaking accreditation. She is also responsible for the development and support of QMS reviewers. |

Kelly Boland, Project Officer
Kelly joined QMS in late 2011 and comes to QMS with 6 years experience working within the Drug and Alcohol sector, particularly within a Therapeutic Community setting. Kelly’s previous roles included quality improvement coordination, data/systems management and submission/report writing for both NSW Health and DoHA funded projects. Kelly is currently completing a Bachelor of Business at ACU. |

Fiona Hiles, Project Officer
Fiona joined QMS in 2011 and is the Project Officer for Problem Gambling Treatment Services accreditation project. Fiona also coordinates the training calendar for NSW training. Fiona’s background is in quality, compliance and accreditation in international education. |

Christine Robertson, Client Services Coordinator
Christine joined QMS in March 2008, bringing with her 11 years experience in the banking and finance sector and 12 years in administration roles in the private sector. She holds qualifications in business, communications and administration. |

Fenni Tedjo, Client Services Coordinator
Fenni has worked at QMS since 2001. She is expert in IT systems and holds a degree in computer science and an MBA. |

Carolyn Prosser, Administration Officer
Carolyn commenced with QMS in August, 1996. In addition to her role as executive assistant she is secretary to the board and provides support reviews for NSW/ACT and Tasmania. |

Alison Sinclair, State Manager, SA/WA/NT
Alison manages QMS staff and business for SA, WA and NT. She travels extensively to meet with clients, conduct training and undertake reviews. She joined QMS in 2004 with a long history in quality and accreditation in the health and community sector. Alison was previously the SA manager for the Community Health and Accreditation Standards Program (CHASP), she has also contributed to sector standards development and has been a consultant and manager in both Health and Community, Government and Non Government. Her previous appointments include Head of Planning and Quality for the Division of Mental Health at the SA Women’s and Children’s Hospital, and Service Development Manager for Centacare, Adelaide Dioceses. Alison holds a degree in social work, a graduate diploma in primary health care, she is qualified lead auditor in ISO 9001, trained assessor for QIC and the Australian Service Excellence Standards and has trained as a registered aged care assessor. |

Georgia Koronis, Senior Project Officer
Georgia joined QMS in 2008. She has an extensive background in community services as a quality manager, auditor against a multiple range of standards, management trainer and community worker. The published author of manuals and other texts, Georgia holds a degree in psychology and sociology, a diploma in business (frontline management) and a certificate IV in assessment and workplace training She is also qualified as a quality lead auditor for ISO 9001. |

Maree Davidson, Project Officer
Maree has 25 years experience working in the Health and Community Services Sector. She began her career as a youth worker coordinating a support service for homeless young people in Melbourne. She has since worked in metropolitan, regional and remote settings managing projects, developing teams and promoting partnerships for the development of social and affordable housing. Maree has combined her passion for organisational capacity building and aboriginal culture acquiring a broader range of skills to offer as a workforce development coach and leadership mentor within the Indigenous Health and Community Services sector. Maree has strong skills in project management, community engagement and facilitation. She manages to combine her busy consulting schedule with a part time role with QMS sharing expertise in customising resources and tailoring training and support strategies to assist QMS engage effectively with Indigenous organisations.

Simone Pemberton, Office/Client Services Coordinator
Simone is Office / Client Services Coordinator for the SA/WA/NT Office and commenced with QMS in 2005. Simone provides high level program and administrative support to the State Manager, Senior Project Officer and Project Team through liaison with clients and funding bodies, coordination of reviews across several programs and day to day management of office infrastructure and systems. |

Lauren Keen, Administration Officer
Lauren Keen joined QMS SA/WA/NT in October 2011 in the role of Administration Officer (part-time). Lauren is presently studying for her Bachelor of Nursing with the view of becoming a Radiographer. Lauren returned to college to complete her Year 12 studies after having worked in various financial planning services. In addition, she has completed Certificate IV in Business Administration and Diploma of Financial Services (Financial Markets) and more recently undertook her first year of Bachelor of Public Relations. Lauren brings a range of skills and experience to QMS. |

Kate Lord, State Manager TAS/VIC
Kate has over 30 years experience working in the non government community services sector. This includes 20 years experience in management of services and organisational development. Kate’s experience spans a range of sectors including accommodation and homelessness, disability support, alcohol and other drug, mental health, counselling and family support, employment services and the vocational education and training sector.
Kate’s extensive review and evaluation experience includes assessing and preparing organisations for accreditation against a range of standards and quality frameworks and undertaking gap analysis’ to establish a benchmark for ongoing service development, capacity building and growth. Kate’s strengths include her capacity to analyse and evaluate complex organisational systems and provide solutions that facilitate a way forward for organisations.

Lynn Slade, Project Officer
Lynn joined QMS in August 2010 to project manage the inaugural Communities of Practice project in Tasmania. She has extensive experience in both the commercial and community services sectors in the design, development, implementation and audit of business management systems that comply with internationally recognised Standards such as the ISO 9001 Standard for Quality Management Systems, ISO 14001 Standard for Environmental Management Systems, the AS 4801 Standard for Occupational Health & Safety Management Systems and the QIC Standard for the community services sector.
Lynn is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management and is registered with the Registrar Accreditation Board of Quality Society of Australasia International as a Senior Management Consultant and a Quality Management Systems Auditor. |

Helen McDonald, Project Officer
Helen has a background in nursing, health services management, clinical governance and quality assurance. Helen has worked for the private sector and the Tasmanian Government in both hospital and community settings. Helen is familiar with both ACHS and QIC and has uncertaken a number of reviews with QMS. She is also a Bowen Therapist.

John McNamara, Senior Project Officer
John has a strong background in the Disability and Community sector, both within government and community based settings. His roles have included support worker, manager, service coordinator, contract manager (with a range of organisations including family support, disability, sexual assault services and neighbourhood houses), funding consultant and five years as quality and improvement consultant.
In addition John has been involved with QMS as a reviewer for the last four years and has participated in a broad range of external reviews. John has a Bachelor of Arts Degree and Diploma of Frontline Management. He shares our passion for supporting organisations to develop their quality systems to achieve sustainability and good outcomes for their clients.

Samantha How, Senior Project Officer – Healthy Living Network
Samantha has an extensive background in the delivery of community and health services, working as a qualified Counsellor for Juvenile Justice and in education. Most recently, Samantha worked as an Alcohol and Other Drug Clinician at St Vincent’s Hospital; having worked predominately in the UK. Samantha will complete her Master of Public Health at University of Sydney in October 2011. Samantha is the Project Lead for the Healthy Living Network. The Healthy Living Network encompasses Healthy Communities Initiative Quality Framework Registration and Information Portal, which the Department of Health and Ageing (DoHA) has contracted Quality Management Services Inc (QMS) to manage, implement and promote. |

Emma O'Neill, Project Officer – Healthy Living Network
Emma joined QMS in mid-2012 as a Project Officer for the Healthy Living Network. Emma holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (Exercise Science) and has worked across a range of fields in Australia and the UK, with emphasis on corporate wellness and health promotion. Emma has also worked in the clinical settings of cardiology and weight management, and her previous role involved coordinating a nationwide influenza vaccination program for a corporate health provider. |

Angela Kelly, Project Officer – Healthy Living Network
Angela joined Healthy Living Network in 2013 and has a health promotion/public health background. She has a Master of Public Health from the University of NSW, and has worked on a variety of programs at both a National and local level - including working with diverse communities across Sydney's South West on the implementation of Healthy Living programs in primary schools and early childhood centres, as part of the Healthy Children's Initiative. |

Basil Coleman, Cultural Mentor/Project Officer
Basil is a descendent of the Kokatha and Pitjantjajara people of South Australia with family and cultural connections to many communities state-wide and is an active and respected member of the Indigenous community in Adelaide. Basil has extensive experience in community development and successfully managed various multi-million dollar community organisations over the past 15 years. He has a commitment to; developing and providing skills and practical advice in organisational and career development. He is a Facilitator and Coach for the FacHSIA Indigenous Leadership program. In 2009 Basil established his consultancy Tjukonaru focussing on supporting individuals and organisations to develop their leadership potential. |

Jane Lowe, Organisational Development
Jane has worked in the community service sector in both NGO organisations and government departments over the last 20 years, in a range of roles including: training/facilitation, case management, Program Development, Project Management, and most recently senior management in a NGO. Jane has the following qualifications: Bachelor of Social Science (Counselling/Human Resources), Masters in Education (Adult Education) and Cert IV in Training and Assessment. |
