QMS Products and Services are designed to provide a collaborative approach to building quality within your service. QMS can assist in your self assessment through to providing and facilitating your accreditation against quality based standards. This Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) process is designed to assist your organisation to integrate principles of quality within all aspects of its operation.

Each of our Quality Improvement Products includes training, access to our Resources and QMS highly skilled and helpful staff.

The major set of Standards QMS assess against is the Quality Improvement Council (QIC) Standards. 

QMS also works with a range of other sets of Standards, including those listed below:

• QMS Community Services Module, A Selection of Standards
• QMS and Women’s Health NSW Module of Standards for Women’s Health Centres
• South Australian Department of Human Services Service Excellence Framework
• Home and Community Care (HACC) National Service Standards
• Psychosocial Rehabilitation Support Service Standards (PRSSS) 
• National Palliative Care Standards
• Various State Disability Standards
• A combination of any of the above.
