QMS has extensive experience in the design and delivery of learning and development experiences relating to:
- organisational development and continuous quality improvement,
- specific accreditation programs and program requirements, and
- training relating to the conduct of external organisational reviews against a variety of quality frameworks.
We are able to work with clients to clarify training requirements and design tailored programs dependent upon client needs. Training can be designed for delivery from one hour to a number of days dependent upon your organisational needs. In all cases QMS prepares detailed Training Guides for participants.
