TESTIMONIALS

LIVERPOOL GAMBLING TREATMENT SERVICE, SSWAHS
“Our experience of QMS Staff has been overwhelmingly positive; they have reliably been responsive, helpful and exceedingly useful in the review process. The support of the QMS staff has been the most positive aspect of the review process. My immense appreciation goes to the QMS staff for their exceptional support and people skills, responsiveness, understanding and assistance.” Elysa Renton - Clinical Psychologist

KOBI MEDICAL GROUP PTY LTD T/A KOBI CLINIC
“All my Staff and Kobi Doctors were very impressed in the way that your team related to our history and professionalism in our industry. I found that through working together over the years with QMS, though difficult in the beginning, we have come together as one to greatly improve our delivery to our clients and staff and hence to the community. This process has benefited my clients, staff, doctors and administration.” Allan Wilson - Manager

ANGLICARE SOUTH AUSTRALIA
“The cornerstone of our commitment to improve service delivery is embedding continuous quality improvement in all that we plan and all that we do and QMS has been central to this search for excellence... QMS has been a vital partner in this quest by supporting Anglicare as the third party reviewer against the QIC standards as we as at the program level... We are proud of this long association and I am confident that this relationship will prove to be as useful as Anglicare deals with the growing social impact of the ongoing global financial crisis. ” Dr Lynn Arnold AO - Chief Executive Officer

CENTACARE CATHOLIC DIOCESE OF PORT PIRIE
“We have found QMS to be a very professional organisation, always taking into account the needs of the client.  Our experience with QMS has always been positive and productive and the SA Team are a pleasure to work with.” Christine Knox - Manager, Corporate Services

ILLAWARRA ABORIGINAL MEDICAL SERVICE
They (the Review Team) were very knowledgeable and skilled in their fields. We found the process to be very safe and positive as both ladies made us feel very comfortable and confident enough to share our views. They were both culturally safe and friendly. Preparing for the review has had ongoing benefits for other exercises such as the OATSIH Risk Assessment.” Jodie Duncan – Quality Management Improvement Officer

LIFE WITHOUT BARRIERS
‘‘The feedback on our service and the sensitive manner in which it was delivered by the review team was invaluable.   The whole QIC experience really focussed our thinking on systems integration and the interrelationships inherent in all components of our business.

The review highlighted the relative strengths of our current systems, at client, stakeholder, staff, management and board level.  Issues that were raised as opportunities for service development are being utilised as catalysts for systematic change, as we embrace our future continuous quality improvement journey.”
Jane Longbottom - State Director South Australia

VIETNAM VETERANS COUNSELLING SERVICE
"QMS’s personal touch, through site visits and telephone support, made the Review Cycle a true quality improvement process rather than just a quality monitoring exercise. …(we were) able to understand why tasks were done in particular ways. QMS really made staff feel comfortable with and positive about the accreditation process." Bart O’Brien - Director and Quality Manager

WALGETT ABORIGINAL MEDICAL SERVICE, NSW
“The process has been good-especially 6 monthly reports. It provides good historic information for the organisation to see where it has come from and where it needs to head in terms of the Quality Improvement Process.” Christine Corby, CEO

WEST COAST HOME CARE
“West Coast Home Care is a not for profit non-government organisation funded by both the Commonwealth and State Governments to provide Home and Community Care services.  Located in Port Lincoln on Eyre Peninsula, WCHC covers three local government council areas.  We also provide brokered home and community care services on behalf of other funded organisations.

We chose QMS to begin our pathway towards successfully implementing continuous quality improvement and achieving standards accreditation through the Quality Improvement Council (QIC), Service Excellence Framework, and the National HACC Standards in 2004, 2007 and again in 2010.

The QMS SA team has provided us with comprehensive quality system tools and continued professional follow up which has been paramount in WCHC maintaining their triple accreditation in HACC, SEF & QIC”

Cheryll Williams – Executive Officer and Helen Dalby - Manager and Care Manager

Ngnowar-Aerwah
“Ngnowar-Aerwah is a remote Aboriginal organisation in the far East Kimberley. We recently went through the accreditation process and our first external review with QMS. We would like to thank the staff for their support, guidance and knowledge in helping us reach such a favourable outcome. We aim to ensure that these quality improvement systems set up will continue to direct and inform our services well into the future."   Kath Broadbent, Quality Improvement Worker

NUNKUWARRIN YUNTI OF SOUTH AUSTRALIA INC.
“The support Nunkuwarrin Yunti is receiving from QMS is very helpful as it ties in with my key goals: community, caring, consistency and communication ..... and embedding this as part of the way we do business. The QMS SA Team has been very respectful working with us as an Aboriginal organisation and with our Board of Management, Managers and Staff. I believe if we ever need anything QMS will come to our aid!”   Vicki Holmes, CEO
