Chairperson, Mark Saint

Mark is a senior marketing and communications professional with over 20 years experience across food, pharmaceutical and beverage industries and more recently in government agencies NSW State Transit Authority and the NSW Department of Commerce.   He has extensive experience and knowledge in both business to consumer and business to business marketing and communications. He has successfully launched new products for both private and public sector organisations.  Mark also has experience in strategic marketing, customer relations, internal communications, change management, stakeholder and community relations, tenders and contracts, event management, and ministerial and media relations.
Deputy President, Elizabeth Priestley

Elizabeth’s career includes appointments with the Council on the Ageing, Mental Illness Education Australia, the NSW COSS, We Help Ourselves, and the Mental Health Association NSW where she is currently manager. She has served on the boards of the Mental Health Association NSW, the Community Service and Health Industry Training Advisory Board and Blacktown Alcohol and Drug Family Services.
Treasurer, Caroline Cuddihy 

With qualifications in Science and an MBA, Caroline's career includes over 12 years experience in Senior Executive roles in large not-for-profits in the Aged Care and the Disability sectors. In addition Caroline has considerable experience in the commercial world, including National General Manager in FMCG. Caroline is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and on the Macquarie University Convocation Committee. Caroline has been instrumental in the successful implementation of Quality Accreditation systems in a number of commercial and not-for-profit organisations.
Member, Sue Briggs

With a background in general nursing, midwifery and child and family services, Sue’s career includes 14 years as a quality management and accreditation professional. She is a long-standing QMS review coordinator and represents QMS on the board of the Quality Improvement Council.
Member, Ken Harper

Coming from an engineering background from UNSW (Bachelor degree) and UTS (Master’s degree), Ken has successfully completed the Australian Institute of Company Directors Course Diploma and the Certificate in Corporate Governance Practice and Administration through Chartered Secretaries Australia. And for the last 10 years he has been an accredited Australian Financial Markets Association dealer in financial and energy markets.  His commercial experience expands over 20 years at Prospect Electricity, EnergyAustralia, Snowy Hidro and Red Energy. He has been involved in designing the NSW and National Electricity markets as well as developing EnergyAustralia’s risk and reporting frameworks. Ken served as a Non-Executive Director on the Board of Gas Market Company and is currently an Executive Director on the Board of Red Energy.
