Quality Management Services (QMS) is a not-for-profit organisation operating nationally. QMS has been providing Accreditation frameworks and standards development, assessment and quality audit services to the health and community service sector for 20 years.
QMS has:
- comprehensive knowledge, skills and experience in project management, quality standards development, academic analysis, service delivery models and processes and customising sector specific review processes
- developed an extensive range of standards, each with a complementary quality framework, and contributed to the development of several industry-specific standards.
- the capability and knowledge to develop and implement relevant systems-based standards and frameworks that promote transparency, leadership, sustainability and services that are in the best interests of service users and communities.
QMS is a national provider of a number of Quality Improvement and Accreditation Programs
