QMS is a not-for-profit organisation that specialises in providing quality improvement, review and accreditation services to human service organisations.

QMS is an approved provider of:

• the Quality Improvement Council (QIC) Standards and Accreditation Program
• external assessments using the South Australian Service Excellence Framework (SEF)
• appraisals against the National Home and Community Care (HACC) Service Standards.

QMS is experienced in working with State and Federal government departments, peak bodies, large welfare organisations, hospitals, community health services and a variety of other non-government, public and private-for profit health and community organisations.

Importantly, QMS understands that every organisation and sector in the human services field is different. For this reason, we offer a range of options to assist your organisation improve quality and outcomes for service users, staff and the general community. Our flexible approach means that if none of our current products meet your organisation or sector’s specific needs, it will be our pleasure to customise* a solution that does.

QMS has been operating since 1990 and is governed by an elected Board.
