QMS works mainly with the Quality Improvement Council (QIC) Australian Health and Community Service Standards. These standards are based on the World Health Organisation Primary Health Care Framework and are periodically reviewed to ensure they reflect current accepted practice. QMS also works with and develops other standards and quality improvement resources.
